My name is Rewa Raizada. I am an enthusiastic student at Rock Canyon High School. I enjoy working on new research projects and have done some outside research with Denver Metropolitan Science Fair on "Water Conservation using SMART Technology" and "Effect of Blade Number & Length on Windmill". I am an avid chess player, enjoy hiking, traveling, cross country running, volleyball (with Highlands Ranch Recreational Center). In addition, I enjoy club involvement in Speech & Debate, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Girls in STEM, Cyber Patriot, and Introduction to Medicine Club. I also enjoy volunteering at Castle Rock Adventist Hospital, Sources of Strength, and for Project CURE.
I love using my science, mathematics, engineering, and skills to discover topics not fully understood in our present society. Therefore, upon hearing the discussions as part of the Paris Accord and the controversies of global warming and climate change, I decided to take matters into my own hands and set up an experiment to investigate the rate of temperature change with different C02 concentrations.
