Hi! My name is Ashton and I'm a current senior at Rock Canyon High School. I love reading and psychology, and aim to pursue a career in pediatric neuroscience, where I will hopefully conduct clinical research or become a psychiatrist. I'm attending the University of Utah to further my academic career. I made the decision to take AP Research because I love pursuing knowledge and learning more about my passions, and this class has created an amazing position for me to pursue my interests. Mythology has been one of my greatest interests since middle school, and has led to my love for the Percy Jackson books. In addition, learning about behavior and how it may be impacted by various things (in this case, the content in books) is something I love and I'm incredibly fortunate to research it in an academic setting!
