This research will be investigating the effects of amino acid, ectoine (ECT), on increasing blastema growth in model organism, Planaria. The main goal of this project is to understand the extent of ectoine’s (ECT) potential in regenerative medicine, furthering greater knowledge in stem cell rengerative science.
