Meet The Researcher

Hi! My name is Declan, and I am a senior at Rock Canyon High School. I have two siblings and four dogs! Medicine is my passsion, and in the future I strive to be an acclaimed physiscian. I hope to explore this passion through my project, which is a mix of technology, science, and literature. I love learning new things, especially about the human body, and this is where my passion in medicine resides. However, being a physician has some risks, especially when it comes to the potential of malpractice. I know this from first hand experience through volunteering in hospitals, and shadowing current physicians. Learning about the risks of malpractice and the reasons for it now can better prepare me for my hopeful future. This excites me, and it has allowed me to dive deep into my research, and puruse my interests.
