Hello, my name is Bryer Pyeatte, I am a 17-year-old senior at Rock Canyon, and I love hockey. I love everything about it, the players (my favorite being Nathan Mackinnon), the jerseys, the atmosphere, etc. I am a big Colorado Avalanche fan and I have been going to games since I was five, over time I have become more and more curious about the equipment so, that was something that interested me and something that I never really knew a lot about. That's why I decided to do my research project on sticks and skates, being able to research something interesting to me makes the process a lot easier because I am excited to discover more about the world of hockey.
I feel that I am connected to my research as I have gone to many hockey games and continue to go frequently, and I would like to know more about what goes on with the players that people watching don't normally see. I want to know how players can do the amazing things they do and I believe a key factor to that is the difference in skates and sticks.
