RYSE Enterprise customized, one-on-one and group empowerment career, leadership and business coaching. At the clients' request, sessions include coaching on resume, interviewing, and business planning strategies. As a certified Resilent Leadership (RL) coach, sessions are built upon leadership principles for current, emerging, and aspiring leaders. RYSE offers a particular focus on "women and women of color".
We utilize a solution-based approach to coaching to develop a strategy, plan and path for building confidence and self-value in the client. A tailored strategy plan is designed through the use of value-identification and career and leadership assessment tools such as such as 16 Personalities/Myers Briggs, Resilient Leadership, Codebreaker Tech (BANK Profile), Character Strengths, Clifton Strengths, Symbis Relationship, etc. Upon an analysis of the assessment, customized action planning and coaching is implemented with a results-focused outcome.
Coach E has been in business since 2017. RYSE Enterprise is headquartered in Maryland but provides services world-wide.
