Pre-paying for tickets online is the only way to secure a seat for the performances. We will not be offering paper tickets due to box office restrictions. Because of this, we highly encourage you to not wait until day-of. Please click on the provided link below that will direct you to our ticket website. The URL is www.ticketleap.events/tickets/ryeballet/heritageandhorizons You can also access this ticket page through RBC's website. Instructions for purchasing tickets can be found below.
This ticket website will also provide the address of the theater, Google Maps for getting there, parking information, and general information (FAQ) about our production. You will see the three different performance days and times.
1. Select the performance date and time you would like. Click on “Select Seats”.
2. You will be directed to the PepsiCo Theater Seating Chart where you can select each seat and ticket type that you'd like. If you would like the system to choose for you, click on "Find Best Available". We recommend choosing "Select Seats".
3. Upon check out, if you need to change the type of ticket (Standard vs Child) you can switch the category under the "Option" column. Input your email for confirmation and easy ticket access, and complete payment.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds.
Audience members ages 7 and under are eligible for the Child discounted rate, which is available in all sections of the theater with the exception of the Preferred Seating Section "Orchestra Front Center".
If someone in your party requires wheelchair access you will find a wheelchair booth that can accommodate 2 wheelchairs and 2 guests. We ask that if you do not require wheelchair accessibility, please do not select those seats.
Ticket sales will close at the start of each performance. Once online ticket sales close, you will not be able to purchase tickets for that performance.
When you complete your transaction you will be sent an email receipt confirmation. In that email please click on "download ticket" to view the physical ticket. This file is what contains the all-important QR code which will be how you are granted theater access. Do not lose this! You may print out this document, or present it on your smartphone, but the QR code must be scanned to be let in. You may also create a new, or use your existing account on Ticketleap after you purchase your tickets. That account is where you can find your QR code and ticket information as well, in case you lose the confirmation email. This is a great fail safe option.
When you arrive at the theater, you will be asked to present the QR code on your ticket, paper or digital. It will be scanned and you will be good to go! If you have purchased multiple tickets you will need all of the tickets and their unique, individual QR codes to be scanned. Please remember that all audience members who are not young enough to sit on a parent/guardian lap will require a ticket for entry. Ushers will be there to show you to your specific seats that you purchased. Please do not sit in seats that are not what is designated on your tickets.
