Our uniform performance lipstick "L'Oreal Paris: Peony Pink" is available on Amazon if you wish to purchase your own. If you have a similar color, that will be acceptable as well.
Lower School (1A, 1B, 1C) dancers may wear a light dusting of blush, lipstick, and mascara.
Middle & Upper School dancers are expected to wear full stage makeup including eyeliner, eyeshadow, mascara, foundation, blush, and lipstick. This also applies to rehearsals Thursday 5/28 and Friday 5/29 as professional photographs will be taken during these days.
All costumes are Property of Rye Ballet Conservatory and are kept at the theater during show week. For the convenience of our families and to protect the costumes, dancers are not allowed to exit the studio or theater in costume, and should not bring any costumes home.
We occasionally ask for parent volunteers to assist with simple costume alterations before the performances, or cleaning of costumes following the performances. Please click on the Volunteer tab to learn more.

If you wish to park for drop-off and pick-up, please use the West 1 Parking Lot, located off of the West Loop. Please note that weekdays require paid parking. Weekend parking is free.
RBC staff will be at the check-in table on your left in front of the blue door. Parents can either remain in their car and drop their dancers off there, or park in the West 1 lot and walk your dancer to the check-in door. An RBC Staff member or Volunteer will walk dancers back to their dressing rooms upon arrival. As a reminder, Volunteers are carefully selected and approved by Director.
Parking in the West 1 Visitor Lot will be free on performance days only (Saturday and Sunday). Tuesday-Friday, please be aware that you must pay for parking on an hourly basis.
Campus security will be going around ticketing cars without parking slips on their dashboard.
Following rehearsals, all students will be walked out by a faculty member to the same door they were dropped off. Please be nearby to check your dancer out upon dismissal as we cannot let any student walk off without seeing their guardian.
Performance Check-Out will be in the lobby by the glass doors, alphabetically by last name.
Please understand that for the safety of our community and the organization of the production, no parents or audience members will be allowed backstage at any time. This includes staying for rehearsal or coming in to retrieve their dancer.
