We have started September learning mathematic vocabulary "same" "different" using shapes, balloons, puzzles.  We then started to learn how to make sorting rules.  For example: "My sorting rule is only the big bears"or "My sorting rule is only the red dots."

Thursdays return library books.

Hooray for grade 6 reading buddies!  Every Thursday after library we meet our reading buddies.  We have made up secret handshakes, we are learning each other's names, and making friends!

Thursdays are made for Adventures!  Today we discovered our amazing school has a pretend mountain, a desert, the hottest brick wall, cool shady trees, a window to our classroom and a massive field that we can jog the whole way across!!
