Math Sites
www.xtramath.org: Fact practice that is done weekly in our classroom.
www.aplusmath.com: This a great math practice site. All students need help with memorizing basic math facts and this site provides games and electronic flashcards!
www.ixl.com: Great math activities based on grade level then broken into different math concepts such as geometry, data and probability, and algebra. The questions are multiple choice to help students be familiar with the format of standardized tests.
Language Arts Sites
www.meddybemps.com: This site provides a lot of great Language Arts resources like writing prompts and handwriting practice. Look around and find all the great stuff!
www.aaaspell.com: Enter your spelling words in this site and play games to help you learn them! You can use this as a spellers choice activity.
www.storylineonline.net: This website has members of the Screen Actors Guild reading aloud popular childrens books.
www.spellingcity.com: This is another site you can enter your spelling words in and play games to help you learn them. You can use this for speller's choice as well!
