Music Theory

Music Theory is designed for the advanced student who is eager to explore musicianship through a comprehensive study of the elements of music and composition. Musicianship skills such as dictation, sight-singing, keyboard harmony and their application to the student's primary instrument, are considered an important part of this course. Junior and Seniors are encouraged to take the AP Music Theory exam in the Spring.
