Q: How do I pay for lost or damaged library materials?
A: Pay in your school office or pay online here. During the school closing it is preferred to pay online. You can also mail checks for fines to:

Q: What should I do with RUSD library books when I find them?
A: Please return them to any RUSD school so the librarian can forward them to the appropriate school.
Q: If my child lost/misplaced/could not remember checking this/these books out, now what?
A: You can contact the school librarian of the school in question and make sure the book(s) are lost/missing. Your other option is to pay for the book(s) at the main office.
Q: If my child cannot locate the book(s) that were checked out can I replace them?
A: If books are lost they need to be paid for as indicated in Destiny .
Q: If I have RUSD book(s) and put them the book(s) in the Racine Public Library return now what should I do?
A: The Racine Public Library will return them to RUSD and the books will be removed from your child's fine upon the schools' receiving the book(s).
Q: My child is in high school now and wants to attend a social function and cannot due to lost/missing book(s) what are my options?
A: You or your child can return the book(s) or pay for the fines in the main office of the school that they attend.
Q: My child came home and informed me that he/she cannot check out books from the school library. What can I do?
A: First ask your child what did the librarian tell you? Then contact the school librarian regarding the situation.
