Mission Statement

The mission of the Gilmore Fine Arts support staff is to provide a data-driven, preventative, comprehensive, equitable and accessible program to address all students' academic and career goals in addition to supporting their personal and social needs. This is accomplished through student-centered decisions, relationship-building, and a partnership with parents/guardians, staff, and community members to advocate and empower all students to craft the best versions of themselves and become successful, productive citizens and lifelong learners in a diverse and changing world.

Vision Statement

The vision of the Gilmore Fine Arts support staff is to educate the whole child by furthering their academic, social-emotional, and career development. The support staff teams believe that through collaboration with staff, parents/guardians, and community members this program will create a safe, enriching, and inclusive environment to help students develop self-expression, creativity, and ultimately become contributing members of society. Through equitable, differentiated, and culturally responsive practices, students will reach the Racine Unified North Star Vision to become responsible, high-functioning, global citizens who are college and career ready.
