The Faculty of Human Resource Development was established in the form of the Human Resource Development Faculty Establishment Project. There is a work division structure with duties and responsibilities. The project received budget approval on September 18, 2009. The Faculty of Human Resource Development has organized teaching in the field of Human Resource Development at 3 degree levels: bachelor's degree level. Master's degree and doctoral level in 3 programs, including the Doctor of Philosophy program Major: Human Resource Development It is an integrated science program, Master of Social Science program. The field of human resource development, Plan A2 and Plan B, is taught using an interdisciplinary system, including regular semesters, special semesters, and special projects. The Bachelor of Arts program is divided into 3 subject groups: Knowledge Management. Organizational Development Major Group and career development field of study .
