The four seasons

Puberty is a tough time for every teen, and maybe even tougher for girls. Your body changes, you start developing interests and crushes, you get your first period and you might feel anxious or sad without knowing why.

Persephone, goddess of spring, the main character of our story, experiences all of these changes. But with a twist; as the daughter of the goddess Demeter changes, her natural environment changes with her. She faces many challenges along the way but receives help from some special people that appear.

Lydia, Eva, Stela and Nua have prepared four different stories that each reflect a stage in the puberty transition from Persephone. Puberty does not come in a specific order, so the stories aren’t either. Read along and begin with whichever story you prefer, spring, summer, autumn and winter. Can you guess which season reflects what stage of puberty?
