Mid Year Candidate Survey Opens December 1st and the completion deadline is December 19, 2025
Year End Candidate and Support Provider Surveys Open May 1st and the completion deadline is May 13, 2026.
Candidates have completed credential coursework and have a Preliminary Credential as seen on the ctc.ca.gov website
