Rosedale Union School District Teacher Development Program (TDP) is a district supported induction and professional growth program designed to assist teachers in developing their instructional practice, meeting California credential requirements, and improving student learning. The program provides individualized coaching, mentoring, professional learning opportunities, and ongoing support aligned to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs). Through collaboration, reflection, and goal setting, participating teachers receive job embedded support as they work toward earning a Clear California Teaching Credential.
