My research experience includes product-based undergraduate research focused on the development of soy milk and soy-based yogurt during my final year of study. Although I do not yet have formal research publications, my research interests centre on sustainable food systems, with particular emphasis on food biotechnology, food microbiology, and food processing. I am also interested in agricultural innovation and forest-based livelihoods, especially in relation to food security, sustainability, and community resilience. My research approach seeks to integrate scientific methods with local and traditional knowledge to support environmentally sustainable and socially relevant food systems.
