• Create own tangram shapes from scratch using tools in google drawing:

  • Tool: View (setting up)

    • ruler

    • grids and guidelines: horizontal (4 in total) and vertical (4 in total) and edit guides

  • Tool: Shapes: right triangle, square and parallelogram

    • triangle: enlargements and transformations: translations, reflections

    • parallelogram: yellow square to adjust angles

  • Tool: Arrange: Rotate

    • rotate clockwise 90 degrees or blue rotation circle or alt right arrow (15 degrees) or alt + shift + right arrow (1 degree)

    • rotate anti-clockwise 90 degrees or blue rotation circle or alt left arrow (15 degrees) or alt + shift + right arrow (1 degree)

    • flip horizontally

    • flip vertically

  • Tool: Arrange: Group/Ungroup

    • join various shapes together as one whole - highlight all shapes
