Description: My duty is to play a pivotal role in leading and managing all aspects of the nursing program, my priorities are overseeing the development and review of nursing curricula, supervising recruiting and hiring qualified members for our department. Supporting nursing students is my responsibility including academic advising, mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment conductive to student growth and achievement.

My duty was to explain the procedure of experiments, guiding students while practicing in the lab and assessing them through deferent assessment tools namely (weekly lab reports, quizzes and the final test).
