With a passion for both biology and healthcare I bring a wealth of knowledge and experties to my role, helping shape the future of nursing education and practice.
I believe in placing students at the center of the learning process, tailoring instruction to their needs, interests, and learning style which involves creating opportunities for active participation, self discovery, and reflection.
I emphasize the importance of engagement and interaction in the classroom, whether through discussions, debates, group activities, or experiential learning exercises. I strive to create a convenient atmosphere where students are comfortable sharing their ideas and perspectives.
I promot inquiry based learning, encouraging students to ask questions, explore topics independently which fosters the curiosity, independence, and a deeper level of learning.
I believe in making course content relevent to students lives and future creers. I integrate real-world examples, case studies, and practical applications into my teachingto help students see the relevence and importance of what they are learning.
Finally and more importantly I believe in installing a love for learning that extends beyond the classroom. I encourage students to become lifelong learners continuously seeking new knowledge, honing their skills, and embracing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
