When possible, we recommend children getting outside to play! It has been shown that outdoor play can lead to more advanced motor skills than their indoor peers, including coordination, balance and agility. If looking for extra activities, remember that a perfect opportunity could be simply walking, running, and/or biking outside! So get outside and play! That being said, we have a list of options / resources available to stay active at home. Some activities have been created by our PE teachers while others are videos/ideas that have came from others in the field. Feel free to explore the different options organized by your preferred choice! We also encourage families exploring the many free resources available online. Thanks for checking out this webpage and if you have any questions, feel free to send me an email at tfink@rtmsd.org or give the PE office a call at 610-627-6846.
