Q. My phone isn't charging -
Look for a
blue light
on the side of the charge amount
When the
blue light
is
on
Ensure the charge cable is plugged into the phone
Ensure the charge cable is plugged into the charge cap
Check for cable damage [
order a replacement cable
when damage is identified]
When the
blue light
is
off
Check in the cabinet, below the mount and ensure all cables are connected
Ensure the power supply is plugged into the wall outlet

Q. Alarms constantly go off -
With the system on and armed inspect if the blue light on the recoiler cable and determine if it flickers
If the blue light on the recoiler flickers replace with a
new recoiler
