Q. What is my enrollment code?
A. Open your email and search “enrollment”, open the message and find the 10 digit code
Q. What is my PIN number?
A. In a browser open https://data.smartcircle.net/enrollment
Enter your enrollment code
Your unlock PIN is at the top right of every fixture
Q. How do I unlock a device?
A. Open the display app from the home/launcher screen or notification bar.
Tap 5 times in the bottom right corner of any SmartCircle Display app screen and enter the security PIN.
Q. The campaign is not running
A. Verify the internet connection
Unlock your device and sync
