Please read and send back the second page with signatures of students and parents.
Step 1: Create an account and apply to Blinn College.
Once you have received an acceptance email from Blinn containing your ID and information, you may then apply for the Dual Credit Program.
Step 2: Complete the electronic Dual Credit Approval Form. After it is received through Blinn, it will then be forwarded to Mrs. Foster for approval from RTC.
Step 3: Take the TSIA2 before the new course schedule is released for the upcoming Blinn College school year. Students MUST take ALL 3 parts first time taken. Retakes may be only sections needed.

Students are encouraged to look at and practice test taking skills using the TSIA2 sample questions. Students have the opportunity to use an internet based program provided by the school, Edgenuity, to practice for the TSIA2. This is available upon request.
