New Student Registration 

STUDENT REGISTRATION:

Directions:  Online registration can be completed in approximately 30 minutes.  You can complete all phases on a mobile device, however, it will be easier to complete on a larger screen.

Note:  Student Record Release Form: if your student has not previously attended school, this form will still need to be downloaded, marked non-applicable, signed, and reuploaded in order to complete registration.

New Student Registration:  Household / Student Information – Infinite Campus 

The following documents are required to complete new student registration: 

• Student's Birth Certificate

• Immunization Records

• Proof of Residency (ex: utility bill, lease, tax bill, voter registration card)

• Signed Student Record Request

**Registrations missing these documents cannot be processed until they are provided**

New students must complete the entire application in order to register.  If you need assistance with the New Student Registration Process please contact Emma Clark (Emma.Clark@rsu35.org).

 Please note: once the online registration is complete and all records are received by MHS your student's school counselor will contact you to finalize the process. 

Counselors will return in late August to complete registrations for the fall
