Food/Community Assistance
End 68 Hours of Hunger is a non-profit organization supporting families that need help with food insecurity. This program provides a bag of food each week to bring home over the weekend. Please reach out to your school counselor if you would like to sign up for this program.

SIRP- Upcoming Classes
Student Intervention Reintegration Program (SIRP) is an evidence-based program for Maine teens, ages 13 – 18, who may be experimenting with alcohol and other drugs, making questionable decisions, or engaging in risky behavior. The program empowers teens to make healthy decisions and reduce risk, all without judgment or shame.

Finding a Counselor
Contacting your insurance company for a list of in-network providers is a great first step in finding a counselor. Psychology Today is also a great website that can help you research and contact local counselors. Please reach out to your school counselor if you are in need of a counselor list or assistance in connecting with services.
