Dear Community Members,
We are open by appointment only for the fall/spring '25-'26 school year. Please contact a site coordinator below or your instructor to schedule a meeting!
In addition to our local classes (click the courses link!), we are collaborating with Ed2Go in order to offer you a tremendous variety of high quality learning experiences. Visit www.ed2go.com/enrichment to check out those offerings.
We have high school completion services available in Orono, Old Town, and Hampden. These services are 100% FREE! We would be honored to help you reach your academic and career goals. Most of our services allow for enrollment whenever you are ready!
Already completed high school, but want to do more? We have a small (but mighty!) College and Career Access team ready to support you! Through advising, academic support, career inventories and more, we can help you find a path to rewarding employment. Maine’s college and career access services are free to Maine residents, and many of the services can be found remotely. Please inquire with a site coordinator below to set up a meeting.

Refund Policy for Adult Education Classes
We strive for 100% satisfaction! A full refund will be issued if a course is canceled by Riverside Adult Education. Students canceling their participation in a class seven (7) days or less before the start of the first class will not receive a refund.
Students canceling at least one week prior to the first class will receive a refund (minus a processing fee).
We have many classes planned as in-person experiences. However, we are prepared to pivot to a remote format if circumstances require! A change in format is not a cancellation.
Evening classes are canceled when schools cancel day or afternoon programming due to hazardous weather conditions. Classes missed due to school cancellations for weather, or instructor illness/emergency, will be rescheduled if possible. Refunds or vouchers for a future class will be issued if we cannot reschedule the course.
No classes are held during school vacations.
