OUR COMMUNITY PARTNERS AND SUPPORTERS

Community-based learning is a key element of the Katahdin experience.  This is because  working outside of the four walls of the school creates a real life context for learning and illustrates to our students that their contributions matter!  Over the years the Katahdin program has developed a list of community partners that assist our staff in creating learning opportunities for students to practice civic engagement as a part of the regular curriculum.

The organizations depicted below represent a number of the organizations that have contributed to  learning at Katahdin over the years.  Many  thanks to our many community partners!
