Case Management is a program for families who have MaineCare that helps meet you and your families medical, mental health and material needs (examples below).
Food insecurity resources
Those struggling with an increase in behaviors
Those struggling with the increase in isolation
Family stressors, including financial issues
Transitions to the next school year, especially those entering new schools
Those involved in the Juvenile Justice System or with Child Protective services
Those who may have lost services recently or are in need of them, such as therapy, medication management, in home supports etc.
