FACS

This exploratory course for 6th grade students is designed to introduce students to the subject of Family and Consumer Sciences. Students will develop introductory food preparation skills while preparing and serving a variety of breakfast foods and snacks. Construction of a creative sewing project exposes students to the use of sewing machines. All of the course activities will emphasize safety and teamwork in an interactive environment.
