"THE HARDEST THING TO DO IS WORK HARD WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING"
Our Eureka Lacrosse Summer Testudo Club celebrates our athletes who go above and beyond to work hard in the off season to improve on their own terms.
If you want to get to the next level, you need to work for it! What are you willing to do?
Summer Testudo Club Requirements:
You must complete four 30 minute sessions per week for 10 weeks, totaling 40 practice sessions over the summer! Ideas include:
Dodging, shooting, wall ball, draw work, ladders/agility, defensive footwork, stick tricks, goalie training, etc.
Distance runs do NOT count! This must be a lacrosse specific skill related session.
All of your sessions must be logged on a template of your choice (see bottom of page for template you can use), but Google Slides is our preferred method. Things that are requirements for your log:
The date, a simple explanation of what you did (don't need an essay, just a quick list), how long your session was AND a short video, selfie or time lapse showing yourself at the field.
Please note: Duplicate or reused photos/videos will NOT be accepted.
What counts as a session?
On your own practices = A 30 minute lacrosse skill related session on your own time counts as ONE session. A one hour lacrosse skill related session on your own time can count as TWO sessions for a week.
Organized club practices or scrimmages = Club lacrosse practices or organized scrimmages only count as ONE session. Travel tournament game days count as ONE session per day.
All 2025 Summer Testudo Club participants will receive this sweatshirt!
