Our language arts curriculum is based CKLA, or Amplify Core Knowledge Language Arts, program. CKLA is a comprehensive PreK-5 literacy program built on the Science of Reading, which integrates foundational skills instruction with rich content knowledge building. It teaches students to both learn to read and to read to learn by combining explicit phonics instruction with engaging content from history, science, and literature, fostering strong, knowledgeable, and confident readers and writers.
