Get to know me...

I teach 7th and 8th grade Health & Wellness, 6th grade Physical Education, and 8th grade Physical Education. This is my first year in the Reedsburg School District, and my first year as an educator! I addition to teaching, I am very excited to be coaching 7th grade B- Team volleyball this fall! I am looking forward to getting to know the students and families, and be part of this amazing community and district!

I grew up in Viola, WI and attended Kickapoo High School, where I was involved in numerous athletics, clubs, and activities! I love going home to visit my friends, two older sisters, and especially my parents!  

After graduation high school, I attended UW Platteville and graduated this May with my Bachelors of Science! I am very passionate about health and wellness, and my degree encompasses teaching Physical Education, Health Education, Adaptive Physical Education, and also Coaching. 

In my life outside of school I love to stay active and keep busy! I have many hobbies including traveling, hiking, camping, fishing, playing and watching sports, cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family! 

Some of my favorite summer highlights were traveling out west and to Canada, fishing on the Wisconsin River,  purchasing my first home with my boyfriend, and spending time with my puppy Charlie!
