Cultural Geography

Course Description:

The goal of this course is to introduce students to cultural anthropology, geography and the practice of thinking “geographically” about the world. Cultural Geography will allow students to better understand our constantly changing and complex world by studying physical, political, and cultural perspectives based on the five basic geographical themes.The course will require students to apply geographic skills and knowledge to content information involving different regions of the world.
