Hi, my name is Chris Hahn. I received my Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 1994. My major was physical education, my minor was health education, and I also completed the requirements for certification in Specially Designed Physical Education. I completed my Master's Degree in 2000 at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse in Human Performance with an emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology.
I began my teaching career in 1994 in Eagle River, WI. While there, I coached JV boys' basketball, middle school basketball, and track. In 1997, I moved to the Iowa-Grant School District where I taught high school physical education and health, along with coaching football, basketball, and baseball at the high school. In the fall of 2001, I moved to the Reedsburg School District. I have taught at Loganville, RAHS, Webb, Rock Springs, and Pineview. I have finally settled in full time at Prairie Ridge Intermediate teaching grades 3-5 physical education. The gymnasium is awesome.
I have coached the following sports during my tenure here at Reedsburg: assistant football and assistant baseball at the high school and boys' basketball at the middle school. I currently coach the after-school sports program for the 4th and 5th grade at Prairie Ridge, and I am also the varsity head coach for the Reedsburg baseball team. We have an awesome staff and great kids and love every minute of it. Come to Nishan Park and see the boys in action.
