Homework Policies & Practices

In order to be available to address individual IEP goals with my students, work assigned in my classes should be completed within the class period it is assigned. If students need additional time, I provide more support during PRIDE, Advisory, or Study Hall.  Since I support students in the general education curriculum, I adhere to the homework policies and guidelines of each teacher as it applies to each individual situation.  

What Did I Miss While I Was Gone?

When you are absent, remember to check each of your general education teachers' websites for procedures to obtain assignments missed and see those teachers during your PRIDE, Advisory, or Study Hall period for clarification when you return.  Follow up with me when you return for individualized academic instruction missed during my classes.
