All RRPS Students are Required to Meet the Immunizations Requirements Set by The New Mexico Department of Health
All Pre School aged children need vaccines at ages 3, 4 and 5 years old.
In order to enroll in Preschool or Pre-K at Shining Stars, students must have received: 2 Hepatitis A Vaccinations and be up to date on all other required immunizations.
Parents can help by providing their child’s current shot record and all updates promptly to the Health Office.
* Please note – RRPS requires that all Pre - K students have updated shots by 60 months or their 5th birthday*

If you choose to exempt your child from vaccinations, the State requires an exemption form be completed each school year for each child.
** Please read the State Exemption Form very carefully **
After completion, it must be notarized and sent to Santa Fe for consideration.
If you file an immunization exemption, you MUST bring the school nurse a copy of the notarized form
