Student Withdrawal

Need to Withdraw Your Student from Rio Rancho High School?

1. Come to RRHS registrar/records office: Mon-Fri 730-230 (summer hours Mon-Thur 8-2)

2. During your visit you will: 

• fill out a Withdrawal form (you need to let us know the name of the school your student will be attending) 

• return any  school owned property (chrome book, charging cord, text books, library books, uniforms etc)  

3. Once those steps are done, you will receive a Withdrawal Packet to give the new school which includes:

   1. 1. 1. 1. • 1. • • unofficial transcript 

                      • current grades and classes 

                      • copy of withdrawal form 

                              4.  Do I have to withdraw my student if I am moving during the summer?

•            Yes!  Any students moving or not planning on returning need to officially withdraw from Rio Rancho High School

**Only a Legal Guardian is able to withdraw a student from our school.  We will need to verify this with a Parent/Guardian photo ID.
