REMINDER: Elementary Students are NOT allowed to self carry ANY medications at school. This does include cough drops.
Up coming School Year: 2026/2027
Please make sure if you are registering a Kindergarten student or new student to RRPS you provide an up-to-date shot record. If your child is returning please just make sure all immunizations are up-to-date.
If you need any health forms you will find that on the Medication Forms tab.
All asthma action plans, allergy action plans and any other medical forms need to be updated at the beginning of every school year. It is the parents responsibility to provide these forms and new medications to the nurse yearly.
