This link is to make it easier to get important documentation to us without coming into our offices.  Please click on the link and follow the directions.  

2.    Registrar Appointment Link

For all New Students, please sign up with this link for an enrollment appointment.  This is needed before registration can be completed.  Please Click on the above link and follow the directions.

3.    Change Of Address Form

This link can be used to change any contact information, such as phone, email, or address.  Please click on link and follow the directions.

4.  District Transfer Application 2025-2026 

This link is for students that live outside of the RRPS boundaries, but would still like to attend our school.  This form needs to be submitted every year for approval by District Office.  Please click on link and follow the directions.  **Make sure to apply for the correct school year when applying

5.    Address Verification Form

If you AND your student live in a residence with a friend or family member, you and the property owner will need to fill out an Address Verification Form and have it notarized.  You can then turn in both forms that must include the owner's proof of residency in the form of their CURRENT gas, electric, water, lease or mortgage to us at the front office or via email.  This is something that has to be renewed each year.

7.    Transcripts through Parchment 

If you are in need of an official transcript please click on the link above to complete an order.  In order for the transcript to be OFFICIAL, please send it directly to the college/university or employer.  If it is sent to the student first, it will not be accepted as official.
