All RRPS students must have all immunizations (shots) that are required by the New Mexico Department of Health in order to attend school.

To enter 7th grade students must have a current Tdap and Meningococcal Vaccine OR an approved exemptions from the New Mexico Deaprtment of Health.

If you want to exempt your child from vaccinations, the State requires an exemption form be completed each school year.

After completion, it must be notarized and sent to Santa Fe for consideration.
If you file an immunization exemption, you MUST bring the school nurse a copy of the notarized form.
