2024/2025 School Year:

• Please make sure your child has all the 💉 immunizations that are required. If they do not have them, we will contact you.

• If your child is entering 7th grade they will need to have the MCV4 and Tdap vaccines in order to complete registration. 

• If you need health paperwork (such as forms to give to your child's medical provider for Asthma, EpiPen, Seizures), please go to the  💊 Medication Forms to find the form you need.
