All RRPS students must have all immunizations (shots) that are required by the New Mexico Department of Health in order to attend school. An exemption request that has been approved by the state is also acceptable.

Vaccination Exemptions

If you want to exempt your child from vaccinations, the State requires an exemption form be completed each school year. Please read the State Exemption Form carefully.

** After completion, the exemption form must be notarized and sent to Santa Fe for consideration**

If you file an immunization exemption, you MUST bring the school nurse a copy of the notarized form.
