- Prescription medication is given to the School Nurse in its original package from the pharmacy
AND
- It must have your child's pharmacy label on it

- All medication (including cough drops) needed for your child while on campus will require a form filled out by a parent/guardian, co-signed by School Nurse and stored in the Health Office.
- Elementary School students are not permitted to self carry medications on campus.
- All medications must be brought in the original prescription bottle OR unopened container (if "over the counter")
