Cheer on our athletes and support the team by volunteering at concessions!
Calling all families of our amazing JV and Varsity athletes!
We need your help to make our home meets a success. By signing up to volunteer at the concession stand, you'll be playing a vital role in supporting the team and creating a fun atmosphere for everyone.
Here's how you can get involved:
Sign up for concession stand and gate duty: We're splitting responsibilities with the boys track team. Check the sign-up sheet below to see available times for each home meet and choose your preferred slots.

Volunteer for event workers (Varsity only): For individuals interested in assisting with event operations at Varsity meets, please reach out directly to Clyde Rachal at [clyde.rachal@rrps.net]. Mention any specific event you'd be comfortable working, if any.
Remember, every volunteer makes a difference! Your contribution ensures a smooth-running meet and showcases our strong team spirit.

Get ready to fuel your track meets and support the team by contributing to the concession stand!
Here's how you can contribute based on the first letter of your last name:
A-C: Donate a case of water (16.9 fl oz) to keep everyone hydrated.
D-F: Bring a 24-pack of Gatorade (20 fl oz) to replenish electrolytes.
G-I: Choose one of the following options:
* 24-pack of Coke (12 oz cans)
* 24-pack of Pepsi (12 oz cans)
* 24-pack of Sprite (12 oz cans)
* 24-pack of Dr. Pepper (12 oz cans)
* 24-pack of Diet Coke (12 oz cans)
* 24-pack of Diet Pepsi (12 oz cans)
J-L: Choose two of the following options:
* Bulk variety pack of candy
* 24-pack of Sour Punch candy
* 90-count Air Head variety pack
M-O: Choose one of the following options:
* 30-pack variety pack of chips
* 50-pack of Hot Cheetos
* Two-pack of 48 oz round tortilla chips
P-R: Donate a box of candy bars (assorted or single flavor)
S-V: Contribute 16-count hot dog buns
W-Z: Bring either a large can of ground coffee or large cans of hot chocolate to keep everyone warm.

Download the Vertical Raise app and create your profile ASAP if you haven't already.
Need to enter 20 emails and 10 phone numbers? Get that done by the end of the day.
We'll help! We'll dedicate some time during the 7th period and after-school practice to assist you with inputting this information.
Tip: Make sure you're getting valid emails and phone numbers from family, close friends, and family friends. These contacts will play a key role in your fundraising efforts.

Practices are held from 2:15-4:15 pm, 5 days a week, Mon-Fri.
Physicals
To participate in any practices runners must have a current physical on file, complete all of the proper athletic paperwork, and be cleared by the athletic office.

Pre-Post Event Parent Transportation Request
To be able to leave track meets with your parent/guardian, family member etc. and not ride home you need to fill out the form below and have it signed by both myself and the AD 24 hours prior to your track meet.
