2024/2025 School Year registration is open:

• Upload your child's immunization form during registration. If your child requires any immunization updates, we will contact you.

• During registration, please list all of your child's health conditions and/or medications (ex. specific allergies, asthma, constipation, eczema, uses inhaler, etc.).

• Please remember to schedule doctors appointments prior to the start of the school year for your child's doctor to fill out all necessary paperwork. Please go to the Medication Forms to find the forms you need.
