If a parent didn’t get the invite and IS listed in power school as the guardian, the teacher can manually add them or YOU can.
Teacher who do not want to use Class Dojo
-That’s fine but they MUST communicate that to their parents that they will NOT be using it and how they will communicate instead
-Google Classroom and Email are the other options
Points and Reward system
This is OFF for secondary schools
Elementary it is OPTIONAL and up to the principal if you use it school wide or not.
A teacher has a child at RRPS schools and needs to be both a teacher and a parent.
Teachers must use a personal email address for their own children
They can easily toggle between the parent account and teacher account.
Opt out of marketing
You can opt out of notifications for ClassDojo’s supplemental offerings by going to Account Settings>Notifications>Push Notification preferences in the app. You can also click on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of ClassDojo’s marketing mails to unsubscribe from email notifications
