Weekly SAFE Update 05/15/2026
Oh my goodness, families! We only have 9 days left with our SAFE students! This year is closing so fast! We will be trying to reschedule the Foam Party as soon as possible. Again, I apologize for the cancellation on such a short notice.
Next week, we will have Kona Ice visiting on TUESDAY May 19th from 4:10-4:40pm. ALL SAFE STUDENTS ARE INVITED REGARDLESS OF THE PROGRAM THEY ATTEND! The SAFE program will be moving students directly to the SAFE portable after the dismissal bell. Snacks will still be given to students along with a snowcone. Students CAN NOT purchase a larger snowcone or additional snowcones, we do not have enough time. However, parents/guardians may purchase their own IF the SAFE program has finished getting ALL students their snowcones first and the Kona Ice Truck is still available.
The SAFE End Of Year Water Party will be on Friday, May 22nd,2026. Please have your donated items to the SAFE program by FRIDAY MORNING. This allows us to ensure we have enough items for every student attending the event. The students will be participating in water type games, they will get wet! Please DO NOT have students wear swimsuits or swim trunks or white tee shirts! No flip flops or sandals, clog type shoes are fine. Students will be on the field. IF you do not want your student to participate in the event, PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. ALL SAFE STUDENTS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE SAFE PROGRAM FOR THE AFTERNOON FOR OUR PARTY REGARDLESS OF WHICH PROGRAM THEY ATTEND!
