SAFE Weekly Update 08/14/2026

Hello SAFE Families! We had an amazing  week with our students in the SAFE program! We are so happy to get to know your students! This week, we focused on establishing our schedule, learning about our expectations in the SAFE program, and having fun. We hope your students have enjoyed their first full week in the SAFE program. Next week, we will be working on a few art projects, learning each other’s names, learning to play a gym game together, and having a fun FRIDAY! 

In the SAFE program, we have a rewards program we refer to as “SAFE BUCKS”. When students make good decisions, show kindness, or many other things, they can be awarded a “SAFE BUCK”. On Fridays, we allow students to “shop” the “SAFE STORE”. The “SAFE STORE” has small trinkets, toys, candy, or small craft kits. The students are limited on how many items they can buy at once. Students will be decorating a manila envelope to keep their SAFE bucks in their backpacks next week. 

REMINDERS

ONLY PARENTS/GUARDIANS may sign in/out a student 

All tuition payments are due, unless you have a payment plan. With payment plans, please follow the dates listed on your email communication to ensure timely payments are received and to avoid late payment fees. 

STUDENTS need to remain in the building/area until a parent/guardian has completed the sign out process. Please do not allow your students to leave without you. 

Students may bring their own snacks to the SAFE program, but CAN NOT SHARE with others. We do ask that students DO NOT bring in SPICY/HOT flavored snacks, these products have caused altercations over the products.
