Weekly Update 2/06/2025

Hello Families! This week was busy for the SAFE students! They explored the art of a crane game that Ms. Haley created for the students. The game promotes critical thinking and patience. Unfortunately, our Brine Shrimp experiment has failed. So, we will try again when the weather warms up a bit. 

We hope you enjoyed the STEAM/Multicultural night that CAE hosted this week. There were so many different things for students and families to explore! Way to Go CAE Ravens! 

The SAFE program will be participating in the Clean Campus Contest again this year. Our students will be cleaning up different areas of the school, planting seedlings, and learning about the environment we live in. New Mexico is such a diverse area that we host many different native plant species, animals, and soil types. The contest starts March 2nd and ends March 20th. Last year, we placed 3rd, even though it was our first time participating! We hope to win again this year! 

Please email all tax letter requests before March 1st,2026. After March 1st, tax letters will become unavailable due to time constraints and planning sessions for next school year. Thank you for understanding! 

A quick reminder, the final quarterly payment will be due March 16th, 2026. If a payment plan will be needed, please send your request via email by March 9th,2026.
