About the Pride of Pineville

Pineville Junior High and Pineville High School have some of the most successful arts programs in Central Louisiana. Comprised of grades seven and eight, as well as nine through twelve, PJH and PHS are committed to providing the highest level of education to every student.​ Outside of the classroom, students have excelled in academic, athletic and fine arts competitions at district, regional, and state levels. These successes inside and outside of the classroom have cultivated a positive school and community culture prompting continued accomplishment for Pineville students.

Caroline Francis DIRECTOR OF BANDS, PINEVILLE JUNIOR HIGH

Wesley Williams DIRECTOR OF ELEMENTARY BANDS, JI BARRON AND PINEVILLE ELEMENTARY 

A native of Pineville, Wesley Williams is thrilled to return to his alma mater as Director of Elementary Bands. Mr. Williams is a graduate of Northwestern State University with a Bachelors Degree in Music Education. While at NSU, he studied with Dr. Adam Hudlow, Dr. Mark Thompson, and Dr. Jeff Mathews. 

Mr. Williams previously taught at Natchitoches Central High School under the supervision of Aleisa Hudlow. In his free time, Mr. Williams enjoys performing with church orchestras, leading worship at his local church, hammocking, and playing baseball.
