My latest assignment was to explore the process of evaluating the relative advantage of a technology intervention for a specific content area or grade level. I chose Kindergarten and Math as my focus setting. I then created a chart to address the areas of geometry, counting and cardinality, and place value which are areas that my Kindergarten students are struggling. I researched different technologies and tools (online and iPad apps) that could be used to address the problems that my students are encountering. You can also see the relative advantages on how the use of these tools and methods will help my students in these area. I also have expected outcomes that the use of these tools will help to prove that they were successfully incorporated.
